2. Initial setup
First select the desired lock that has to be opened later with the remote control. On the start page, go to "Remote" and then to "Add remote".
Then enter a desired name for the remote control in the "Name" field and confirm below with “Next”.
In order for the remote control to be recognised by the app, the configuration mode must first be
activated. To do this, press the lock button 🔒 of the remote control for approx. 5 seconds. The LED on
top of the device should then quickly flash red. Continue now by pressing “Next” in the app.
Now you can select your remote control from the list to connect it to the lock.
Attention: In order to find the remote control, Bluetooth must be turned on and the smartphone must
be within Bluetooth range!
The remote control is now connected to your lock and can unlock it by pressing the unlock button 🔓.
It can also be seen under 'Remote control' of the selected lock.
Attention: In order to unlock, the remote control must be within Bluetooth range of the lock!
3. Delete remote
To delete a remote control that is assigned to a lock, first click on "Remote" on the start page of the
lock. Then select the remote control you want to remove.
Then click on "Delete" below and confirm the process by clicking "Delete" again.
Attention: In order for the remote control to be deleted the remote control and the associated lock
must be within Bluetooth range!
Attention: If you have lost the remote - device and want to delete it from the lock, this can only be done by deleting all remote controls. Proceed as follows:
Delete all remote controls
On the start page of the selected lock, first click on "Remote" and then on "Reset" in the top right-hand
corner.
Confirm the process by clicking on “Delete”. All remote controls connected to the lock are now deleted!
Attention: In order to delete all remote controls, the lock must be within Bluetooth range!
4. Replace battery
To change the battery, first open the unit. Therefore, carefully insert a slotted screwdriver into the
opening in the housing, which is located on the lower side of the remote control. Now carefully push
the two covers apart until the housing is open.
After that, the empty battery can then be replaced with a new CR2032 - 3V battery and the two covers
can be put back together to close the housing.
