With remote unlocking, our products can also be controlled remotely using a gateway. Therefore, this setting must be activated. To do this, first go to the selected lock and then to "Settings".

Next click on  "Remote Unlock".

To activate / deactivate remote unlock simply press the  "Turn on/off" button below.
