Claims and Returns
Please contact us via email at office@sorex.eu.
Please send us a description of the problem / reason for your return, as well as your order number (otherwise we cannot assign your order).
If your problem cannot be resolved or your purchase is still covered by our 30-day-money-back guarantee, you will receive a prepaid DPD label from us. Please use this label for your return, so that we can allocate it accordingly.
