Returns and Reimbursements
If your purchase has been 30 or days less ago, you are covered by our 30-day-money-back guarantee. You can then send the product back to us and we will refund you the purchase amount.
Please also submit the reason for your return, as well as your order number (otherwise we cannot allocate your order).
You will receive a prepaid DPD label from us. Please use this label for your return, so that we can allocate it accordingly.
IMPORTANT!!! Reset product
If the product has already been set up and is still working, it is imperative that you perform a factory reset before returning it.
If your product has a smartphone app, you also must delete the product from the app.
Otherwise we cannot we cannot accept your return.
Please note that we need to check the product before reimbursing you. This may delay the refund by a few days, depending on our current workload. We kindly ask for your understanding.
