Add remote

To connect a remote control to a smart lock, first go to the desired lock in the app and click on "Remote".

Next click on "Add remote".

Now select whether your remote control should have permanent, timed or recurring access to the lock. Then assign a name and confirm below with "Next".

In order for the remote control to be recognised by the app, the configuration mode must first be activated. To do this, press the lock button 🔒 of the remote control for approx. 5 seconds. The LED on top of the device should then quickly flash red. Continue now by pressing “Next” in the app.

Now you can select your remotecontrol from the list to connect it to the lock.

Attention: In order to find the remote control, Bluetooth must be turned on and the smartphone must be within Bluetooth range!

The remote control is now connected to your lock and can unlock it by pressing the unlock button 🔓. It can also be seen under "Remote control" of the selected lock.

Delete remote

Delete a single remote

To delete a remote control that is assigned to a lock, first click on "Remote" on the start page of the lock. Then select the remote control you want to remove.

Then click on "Delete" below and confirm the process by clicking "Delete" again.

Achtung: In order for the remote control to be deleted the remote control and the associated lock must be within Bluetooth range!

Delete all remote controls

Note: If you have lost the remote - device and want to delete it from the lock, this can only be done by deleting all remote controls. 

First click on the desired smart lock and then on "Remote".

Next, on the top right corner, clock on "Reset".

Confirm the process by clicking on “Delete”. All remote controls connected to the lock are now deleted!
