Requirements

To be able to use the Smart - Home services of Google Home & Amazon Alexa, make sure that your product meets the following requirements:

• Product supports remote opening via Gateway
• Product supports Amazon Alexa & Google Home

You can check the requirements in the settings of the respective lock by checking whether the options "Remote Unlock" and "Amazon Alexa" or "Google Home" are available.

Note: This instruction manual refers to Sorex products and the corresponding Sorex Smart Lock – App.

Initial Setup

Make sure that the lock can be opened remotely by Gateway. For this, the option "Remote Unlock" must be activated in the settings of the lock and at least one gateway must be learned and within reach of the lock.

Note: Remote Unlock is deactivated by default.

Attention: If this is not the case, follow the instructions in the operating instructions of the respective product.

Note: The lock which is described below is named "Bedroom".
