Can a door lock be reprogrammed by unplugging it from the power supply?

Concerns about reprogramming and unauthorized opening of our door locks by disconnecting them from the power supply are completely unfounded. The device can only be reprogrammed or reset by an authorised admin. Adding new users is also only possible for an admin.

Whether and how often the device was disconnected from the power supply is completely irrelevant. That would be like restarting a computer off and then being able to log into its administrator account. Such safety standards would be completely absurd nd are of course not implemented at our company.

Only an administrator can make changes to the door lock after authentication!
