Is it possible to open the door remotely via the Internet?

Yes, depending on the door lock model, this option is possible with the SOREX NET Gateway. A gateway can be connected to any number of door locks, but it must be within Bluetooth range (depending on the walls approx. 5 - 10 m) of all devices you wish to connect. If this is not possible, you need additional gateways.

The gateway is available as a WiFi and LAN variant.
