4. Add a door and window sensor through the APP

First,open SOREX APP,and touch the "+" icon on the top right of the screen.

Second, Select "Door Sensor". Select "Door Sensor"

Third,Power-cycle the door/window sensor to enter configuration mode. 

*For pre-configured devices: If re-entering configuration mode fails to establish a new network connection or times out,the device will retain its previous configuration settings.

Fourth,Tap the“+” button for the corresponding device, enter valid WiFi credentials,and complete the device setup. 

NOTICE: 5G WiFi networks are not supported. Please select a 2.4G WiFi network for configuration.

Finally, click “Complete” to add successfully. 

Then you can set reminders for opening the door, not closing the door, and not opening the door for N days.

*If the door sensor fails to add, repeat steps above, or reset the sensor and try again.

5. Restore Factory Settings

Hold the reset button for 2 seconds until the light stays on for 2 seconds to restore factory settings and clear all configurations.

6. Install the door sensor

First,Determine the door/window opening direction.

Second,Peel off the door/window,magnet's double-sided tape.

Third,Clean the installation area and align for mounting.

Notice: The maximum sensing distance of thedoor/window sensor is 20mm.

7. Replace the battery

First,Pull the door/window sensor upward to remove it.(If not installed, simply remove the battery compartment cover.)

Second,replace the battery.

Third, Reattach the door/window sensor main unit.
