Noted: When located via the Find My app,the tag will emit an audible alert upon triggering the sound playback function.If an unknown tag is detected moving with your belongings for an extended period,your Apple device will automatically receive a security notification.

4. Add Remote Opener 2.0 to a lock in APP

1、Open the SOREX SmartLock APP and select the lock you want add a remote key; 

2、Tap the Remote key icon;

3、Tap “Add Remote”;

4、Select the remote key validity and fill in the name, then tap “Next”;

5、Select the remote type as R2;

6、After press the button for 5 seconds, you will hear two beeps, then tap “next”;

7、Tap on the corresponding device with "+" to complete the adding.

5. Add anti‑loss device via Find My APP

1、Open the Find My app, select Items, then tap Add Item;

2、Under Add New Item, choose Other Supported Item; 

3、Press the key for 3 times, and the device enters the state that can be bound by Find My APP; 

4、The APP shall search and select the device to be added, and fill a name to the device; 

5、Add emojis to the device; 

6、Confirm the apple account binding and complete the addition.

5.1  Play Sound

Open the "Find My" app, select the “Items” tab, and tap on the product you added. The phone screen will display a "Play Sound" button. Once pressed, you will hear a melody, indicating the product is functioning properly.

 Noted: If the device is out of range from the product, the "Find My" app will be unable to connect to it, and the product will not play the sound.

5.2  Enable [Lost Mode]

When the Remote Opener 2.0 moves beyond a certain distance from your device and the item is considered lost, enable Lost Mode. In the Find My app, select the “Items” tab, then choose the lost item you want to mark. Under "Lost Item", tap “Show Contact Info”. 

Follow the on-screen instructions to enter a phone number where you can be reached. To provide an email address instead, tap “Use Email Address” and enter your email. Make sure you've allowed notifications for the Find My app beforehand.

5.3  Prevent Unwanted Tracking

1、If any lost-and-found tracker or other Find My network accessory is separated from its owner and moves with you over time, your Apple device will receive a notification from the Find My app. You can then view the accessory’s movement path and duration. 

2、This feature is enabled by default to help prevent others from tracking you without your knowledge. If you feel your safety is at risk, please contact local law enforcement. 

Noted: This product includes anti-tracking protection and should not be used to track other people or belongings that do not belong to you. In many countries and regions, using such products to track someone without consent is a criminal offense

6. Replace The Battery

First,Firmly insert the tip of the tool completely into the hole at the top of the back cover, then pry open the back cover;

Second,Replace the battery and reinstall and press the back case.
